Miracles Day Spa Terms and Conditions

SPA ETIQUETTE
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ right to privacy and quiet, and please give them at least six feet of social distance during these times. We ask that you turn off your cellphone before you enter the spa and, while you’re here, use a low speaking voice. We also kindly request that you refrain from bringing young children into the spa. Plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to check-in. There is a no smoking policy for the grounds of MiraclesDay Spa. Please leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If items are left here we will make every effort to identify and notify the owners, however we are not responsible for the mailing of items left here.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY
Twenty percent gratuity is industry standard and greatly appreciated. Your therapist benefits greatly if gratuity is left in cash. Payment of services or tips on credit card are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Miracles Day Spa requires at least 24 hours advanced notice to cancel any single service booking and 48 hours notice for two or more services on a booking. If 24 hours advance notice is not given (if cancelation is within 24 hours for a single service by day of arrival) then the booking will be deemed a No-Show. If 48 hours advance notice is not given (if cancelation is within 48 hours for two or more services day of arrival) then the booking will be deemed a No-Show. Regretfully, no-shows will be charged the full service fee and convenience fee.

also Gift Certificates will be forfeited and deemed invalid.

PARTY BOOKING
For all parties Miracles Day Spa requires a credit card to reserve a Party Booking and a booking is confirmed automatically when a credit card has been given. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your Party Booking total upon checkout. Cancellation of a Booked Party within the week of booking date will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all/any services canceled. Cancellation of a Booked Party within 48 hours of booking date will result in a 100% cancellation fee of all/any services canceled.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Miracles Day Spa Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Miracles Day Spa Gift Certificates are valid for one year only and may not be combined with any other offer or discounts. Certificates must be presented before services are rendered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates — no exceptions.

GIFT CERTIFICATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note Gift Cards are subject to our appointment cancellation policy. Miracles Day Spa Gift Cards holders must give 48 hour cancellation notice in advance of the day of services if they want to cancel their appointment in order to redeem and reschedule at a future time. If 48 hours advance notice is not given (if cancelation is within 48 hours of arrival day) the gift card will be forfeited and deemed invalid. Forfeited Gift cards cannot be rescheduled. Miracles Day Spa Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other offers. Gift Cards are non-refundable they can be used as credit at the Day Spa towards goods and services.
